Two friends talk about how one can help the other with an upcoming charity show.

For each sentence, write the correct modal verb in the space.

  1. Ben: Do you think you help?
  2. Kathy: I do some of the cooking if you need.
  3. Kathy: There's going to be a lot of people around and the park get pretty messy I think.
  4. Kathy: He tell jokes Ben! Who else do you have?
  5. Kathy: Oh, that will be nice. She play well.
  6. Kathy: I can do some card tricks. That be a nice idea.
  7. Kathy: I sing the national anthem quite well.
  8. Ben: It only take a couple of minutes.
  9. Ben: you escape for just 5 minutes?
  10. Ben: Yeah, that sounds perfect. We finish up at about 5pm.
