David Costello works at the San Diego Sleep Clinic and has this to say. "People don't sleep well enough for a whole variety of reasons. Some watch horror films and then have during the night and find it difficult to get back to sleep. Other people have spent years around the house while asleep and then feel the following day without understanding why. Others have partners who loudly and prevent them from getting a restful night's sleep. It's very depressing being kept awake while your partner is and oblivious to any problems being caused!"

David suggests you go to see your doctor or a sleep specialist if you are having problems sleeping well.
