Hi Jun,

I wanted to update you on my situation. My flight from Toronto was delayed by over three hours due to mechanical issues. Instead of arriving at 7:15 AM as scheduled, I didn't land until nearly 10:30 AM.

By the time I cleared customs and reached the convention center, it was already past 11:00 AM. Unfortunately, this means I missed the opening keynote address, which I was really looking forward to.
