The company says that a small number of devices have experienced battery overheating issues, which in rare cases could pose a burn risk to users. TechGiant is urging all customers who purchased the FitPro 500 to stop using the device immediately and return it to any authorized retailer for a full refund. The company says no injuries have been reported so far, but they are taking this precaution out of an abundance of caution. Affected customers can also contact TechGiant's customer service line for more information.

Starting next month, we'll be transitioning from our current manual inventory system to a new digital barcode scanning system. This upgrade will allow us to track our stock levels in real time, which means we'll always know exactly what we have on hand and when we need to reorder. The new system will also help reduce errors in shipping and receiving. Now, I know change can be challenging, but we'll be providing comprehensive training for all warehouse staff. Training sessions will begin on Monday and run throughout the week. Please check the schedule posted in the break room for your assigned time slot.
