Questions 1-3

Narrator: Questions 1 through 3 refer to the following announcement.

Attention all passengers on Flight 209 with service to Chicago. We have an important update regarding your departure gate. Due to a maintenance issue at Gate A4, your flight will now be departing from Gate B2. That's Gate B2 in Terminal B. Please note that boarding will begin in approximately twenty minutes, so we ask that you make your way to the new gate immediately. If you need assistance or have questions about connections, our staff will be available at the new gate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.

Questions 4-6

Narrator: Questions 4 through 6 refer to the following announcement.

Good evening, shoppers. This is a reminder that Henderson's Department Store will be closing in fifteen minutes. If you have items you would like to purchase, please bring them to the registers at the front of the store at this time. Also, today is the final day of our winter clearance event. All winter coats are currently fifty percent off, but this offer ends when we close tonight. So if you've been thinking about picking up a new jacket, now is the time. Once again, the store will be closing in fifteen minutes. Thank you for shopping with us today.

Questions 7-9

Narrator: Questions 7 through 9 refer to the following report.

Good morning, this is Lisa Chen with your seven o'clock traffic update. If you're planning to take the North Bridge into the city this morning, you'll want to find another route. There's been a three-car accident blocking two lanes, and traffic is backed up for about four miles. Emergency crews are on scene, but it's going to take some time to clear. Your best bet is to take the Harbor Tunnel instead. It's running smoothly right now with only minor delays near the toll plaza. And looking ahead to this afternoon, we're expecting some rain to move in around three o'clock, so give yourself extra travel time for the evening commute. That's your traffic, back to you in the studio.

Questions 10-12

Narrator: Questions 10 through 12 refer to the following talk.

Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the Riverside Art Museum. My name is David, and I'll be your guide for the next ninety minutes. Before we begin, just a few quick reminders. Photography is permitted throughout the museum, but please do not use your flash, as it can damage the artwork over time. Also, please refrain from touching the pieces and keep your voices down so other visitors can enjoy the exhibits. We'll be starting our tour in the Modern Art Wing, where you'll see works by some of the most influential artists of the twentieth century. From there, we'll move through the sculpture garden and end in the photography exhibition. Any questions before we get started? Great, let's go.
