My Review of Huckleberry Finn

I just finished reading The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain. It is a very famous and classic American book. The story is about a young boy called Huck who runs away from his home.

I really liked the story because it is a big adventure. Huck makes a long journey on a raft down the big Mississippi River. He travels with another character called Jim, who is running away to be free. They become very good friends and help each other. They meet many different people and have to hide from danger. I really enjoyed reading about their friendship. The description of the river and the quiet nights on the raft was also very beautiful.

However, the book was not always easy to read. The language is very old, and some of the words were difficult to understand. I sometimes had to read a page two or three times. Also, the story is about a difficult time in American history. Some parts of the book are quite sad because of this. It is not just a happy adventure story.

Overall, I recommend this book if you like classic stories and big adventures. You just need to be patient with the language. It is a very important book, and I am glad I read it.
