Here in United Arab Emirates, where 50% of the total population comprises of different ethnics of India, 35% other expats and only 15% comprises the locals. I found that most of these locals can comprehend English, but the rest most especially the Indians, only 5-10% of them can understand English that well. That's why here in the company I'm working (as a Training In-charge), where most of 67 employees, only less than 25 can understand English that good. I'm preparing materials and refreshing myself with tools and materials for their training.
