The worksheets and handouts available under the esl-lounge.com/premium-student/ domain may be used in the following manner only by members who have paid for a membership subscription (either 6-month or 12-month):

exercises may be viewed on the site. Access is given to all paid up 6-month and 12-month Members

Members may NOT:

distribute copies of files and/or handouts from esl-lounge.com Student via e-mail, CD, disc or other storage device to other students not currently members of the esl-lounge.com Student site.
display copies of files and/or handouts from esl-lounge.com Student via a website or other electronic means such as an intranet.
