Honest and Dishonest Definitions.
Game in which groups of students try to catch each other out with false definitions of difficult words.

Mystery Photos.
Speaking game in which students try to identify each other using old photos. Practice of past form, personal descriptions and modals of deduction.

 

 

Word Formation Game.
This game gives practice at word formation which is often tested in the higher level international exams such as FCE or TOEFL. Students work in small groups. Each group takes it in turn to pick a card. They must give the correct word to be able to take another card.
